United Methodist Men
The men of Randall Memorial UM Church are an active, dedicated force of Christian servants providing faithful leadership and ready assistance to many of the church's ministries. Randall is proud to have a United Methodist Men's unit certified by the denomination's General Commission on United Methodist Men. Steven Hill is president of Randall's UM Men and also secretary of the Baltimore-Washington Conference United Methodist Men.
The men of Randall sponsored a potato give-away project on Jan. 5, 2013, after months of planning and recruitment. They and men from other neighboring churches met and helped unload a tractor-trailer truck delivering 75 bags of gleaned potatoes, each weighing about 20 pounds, so those potatoes could be donated to disadvantaged families that had signed up to receive them. It was a successful mission project that they intend to repeat in 2014.
